Estafa y condiciones higiénicas lamentables. Totalmente desaconsejable.

Nuestra experiencia en esta casa rural ha sido una auténtica pesadilla, tanto por el deplorable estado del alojamiento como por la gestión de la propietaria. - Pésima higiene: La casa, independientemente de la decoración que le ha querido dar la propietaria con un aire tétrico, nos la encontramos con una higiene pésima. Ahora me explico porqué cuando vas a reservar la casa no hay fotos de su interior (nosotros reservamos la casa por las reseñas, que son buenas sorprendentemente y no son reales). El microondas tenía restos de comida pegados, las sábanas de la cama tenían pelos de los anteriores huéspedes, lo que demuestra que ni siquiera se cambiaron o lavaron adecuadamente, las paredes estaban llenas de telarañas y en algunas con chorreón de flujo no reconocible y para colmo, la tostadora contenía una rodaja de pan quemado y carbonizado en su interior. Esto es solo una muestra de lo que allí vimos. - Prácticas fraudulentas: La propietaria nos cobró el importe correspondiente a una persona en privado, de forma totalmente ajena a la plataforma y saltándose las normas del sitio. - Nula atención al cliente: Intentamos solucionar los problemas directamente con la propietaria pero nos ignoró por completo. Tuvimos que recurrir al servicio de atención al cliente de Booking para que ella finalmente reaccionara y nos contactara. Afortunadamente, disponemos de todos los mensajes de whatsApp que demuestran este cobro irregular fuera de la plataforma y su falta de atención inicial. No caigan en la trampa, este lugar es una estafa y carece del mínimo mantenimiento.

El alojamiento, es una casita que está prácticamente en el centro del pueblo, perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy acogedora, con una relación precio calidad excelente. Los dueños son súper simpáticos y atentos . Recomendable 100%. Sin duda volveremos en diciembre.

El alojamiento, es una casita que está prácticamente en el centro del pueblo, perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy acogedora, con una relación precio calidad excelente. Los dueños son súper simpáticos y atentos . Recomendable 100%. Sin duda volveremos en diciembre.

Sin pegas, por el tipo de casa que es (antigua pero con encanto) se podría decir que faltaba algún enchufe en alguna zona y tal pero sería poner pegas por ponerlas! Todo ok
