The location to the station and to the attractions.
The reception team with pleasant and a night shift receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The water was always hot and the shower was strong.
A bit dated. No facilities for getting coffee or anything like that. It was a machine for cold drinks and you could also heat food.

The bed was comfortable and the staff knew English very well. The position is great: right next to the riverside and 15 minutes walk from Pier2 Art Center.
The room was a little dirty, we found hair of other people in the toilet, and they give you mugs but without any tea or coffee bag.

Room was big, same as restroom.
We got a room upgrade thanks to genius program.
Stores and buses close enough.
Beds are comfortable. Views are nice.
There's a record speech that plays in the room at 10:30 & 11am if you have to leave, but is played even if you don't have to. A bit uncomfortable.
AC is central and not strong enough, we had to use a fan left in the room everynight due it was too hot to sleep.

Location was superb. Good food joints in and around. Big bed but not comfy. Lovely staff.
Bathroom did not have curtains even after having a bathtub, the water kept splashing out. Very dirty floor and we had McDonald left over food kept in one drawer (which means room wasn’t cleaned)
I wonder if the sheets were changed or just pushed in correctly
