Very roomy and well equipped. Good location close to main square and bus stop. Only 5 minutes walk from shops, bakery and restaurants. Loved the decor and character of the place.

I started planning the return to Nikola's apartament the moment I checked out. It is a special place with good vibes. The host Carmen is kind and helpful, gave us honest advice on our many questions about the island.
One of the highlights is definitely the patio where you can have a meal in peace and quiet, surrounded by green vegetation along the friendliest cuddliest cats. The other highlight is the location. Everything that you need is a short walking distance away - city centre, supermarkets, rentals.
The house itself is is decorated with SOUL, everything seems to tell a story, unlike other booking that look identical with furniture from Ikea. We also appreciated that it's very spacious.
I definitely recommend it for a relaxed stay in Paxos. We will be back for sure.

Great location. 2 minutes from the centre.
Whilst a refurb would be worthwhile, the apartment was fine. Liked the quirky decor and the cats

Spacious apartment
To be fair, Gaioas was pretty booked out at the end of August and this was by far the best option we could find. The apartment is colourful but feels overall old and in need of renovation. This is why I felt it was overpriced. Facilities were good though (fan, airconditioning, hairdryer). The location is central but because of that we had to close the window in the bedroom because of passing people. There is a spacious and green balcony which we did not use because of mosquitos.
