No breakfast provided, however we knew that in advance. The accommodation was well equiped for us to provide our own meals which we did. Cabins were private with their own outdoor spaces which was amazing.

The property was well groomed. It’s a km from the ferry to Whitianga.
We went in winter and it didn’t have heat pumps in any of the 3 bedrooms. The property is more commercial and has units closer to each other so if outside doesn’t give the privacy needed

Very comfortable and well located with easy access to the ferry - about 1.5 kms away. There are some nice walks nearby with great beaches nearby.
