Roppongi, close to the Tokyo tower was perfect. The room was good with the huge comfortable bed and the view on the Tokyo tower. You had all the amenities you needed and the staff was very friendly and professional.
There was not alot of space for 2 people to to stow their luggage in the room.

I was really looking forward to staying here. The photos on the website made it appear luxurious. I wanted to like it. But it just wasn't as shown.
What did I like? The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was walking distance to a station (Odeo line), and the alleyways surrounding it had some lovely little shops - including a brilliant French pastry coffee shop that I fell in love with. The room (King Executive corner) was also a relatively good size and the air conditioning worked well.
However, the rooms and their facilities were old and worn. Immediately upon entering the room it smelt dank and damp. I spoke with the very friendly team at the front desk who kindly moved me to another room, however it was exactly the same. I couldn't see any ventilation in the room, so I suspect the carpets, the curtains, the furniture had just absorbed years of dampness because no matter how hard I tried to remove the smell, it wouldn't change. There was no air purifier in the room, but I was able to borrow one from reception. It was old however and didn't make any difference. I also purchased some room deodoriser from the drugstore nearby, but it didn't work.
The amenities were of a lower quality compared to other (similarly priced and some cheaper) hotels I stayed in on this trip, and the bathroom was smaller than most rooms I'd stayed in.
I was a very sad as I was really looking forward to my stay here, particularly as it was one of the more expensive hotels I stayed at on my trip.
I'm sorry, I don't like leaving negative reviews, but it's something I'd really have liked to know before my stay, as I would have chosen to stay elselwhere.
