This is a really good quality hotel at the heart of Roppongi. I travelled for work and the location was perfect. The room size was very good for Tokyo standard..:) Very comfy beds, an excellent bathroom with both bath and shower, all very nicely appointed and 100% clean. Wonderful breakfast on 14th floor, with great views over Tokyo. Really friendly staff.
My room was on the second floor (I asked for a low floor), but there didn't appear to be the options of taking the stairs to go up. So a bit of waiting with the elevators each time. But that is of course a really small item...:) Also, the small work table was handy but not suitable if you need to do any serious work in the room.

Location is convenient: lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, not too far from two underground stations (different lines), easy to get to other areas in Tokyo.
Hotel staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to help.
We were staying in August and ac was not working well. Duvets were too thick and with ac acting out it was difficult to sleep at night.
Not much choice at breakfast, we opted out for eating elsewhere after our first breakfast at the hotel. For the price it would be better to have a buffet style breakfast or more choices in the menu.

A really great stay, breakfast was really tasty & perfectly done ( eggs benedict :-) ) , a good dinner menu selection food was lovely, with a great bar and cocktails, room was on small side ( as u wud expect), but clean and tidy , check in/check out fast & efficient and staff so so nice and so helpful.
Nothing to complain about :-)

The food was the best part of the hotel. I expected a breakfast buffet but it was an à la carte system. However, it was fast and efficient and had everything we needed. Miss Y.ogiya deserves to be the employee of the year because of her professionalism, friendliness and kindness. In general, the restaurant staff are the ones that saved this establishment from receiving a fail score.
Rooms dusty and not well cleant, sink next to room entry instead of in bathroom, toilet not fully operational, gym was smaller than needed, location was convenient near Metro but neighbourhood was not so welcoming.
