Location, hosts, property! I always leave constructive feedback to the hosts when staying in properties...genuinely lovely home overall and enjoyed our stay.
We did have an issue with the freezer being stuck closed, as it had frozen shut. Having just purchased ice cream, this was an initial annoyance BUT the hosts were lovely. Offered to have someone out straight away and offered to refund costs of the ice creams. Absolutely lovely customer service!
Door can be a bit difficult at first, but once mastered was not an issue.

Walks in the bush and bunnies at night is lovely
Busses to the beach is far and not reliable.

The size of the property, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great.
It's was very dusty and there were alot of dead flies. No plugs attached to any bedside lamps. One of the toilets were cracked, didn't have to look far before you saw things broken, damaged or in need of attention. Also no details that the house was hidden away down some very dangerous road. Also alot of personal items around the house that I am sure the owners didn't want people seeing.
