The location is excellent, with a Kaufland supermarket right across the street. The view from the window is absolutely beautiful.
The host was very friendly, welcoming, responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and had enough dishes and utensils. There were even spices, salt, sugar, and sunflower oil available. The only small issue was that the frying pans were not very clean.
The entrance door to the building was a bit difficult to open at first, so you need to get used to it. Also, there was some noise from the street in the evenings until around 10:30 p.m.

Das Apartment war teilweise renoviert. Der Küchentisch wurde bereits ausgetauscht und wirkt modern. Das Badezimmer ist groß, renoviert und mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist praktisch, und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Lediglich die Küchenzeile sollte erneuert werden, da sie bereits sehr veraltet ist. Ein Kaufland befindet sich direkt in der Nähe. Zum Strand sind es etwa 6 Fahrminuten, die Altstadt erreicht man in rund 12 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Die Klimaanlage im Flur war bei Temperaturen von etwa 38 Grad sehr angenehm und hat die Wohnung gut gekühlt. Dino ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und beantwortet Fragen stets schnell.

Il mare è bellissimo. L'appartamento dove alloggiavamo noi era bello grande e con tutto a 10 minuti dal centro e meno ancora dal mare.
La città non offre granché. Inoltre è piuttosto sporca e trascurata. È un peccato perchè ha tantissime potenzialità ma l'incuria si vede ovunque, dai muri sporchi, ai dettagli non curati.

Appartamento in ottima posizione (bar e centro commerciale vicinissimi, parcheggio gratuito disponibile): in pochi minuti di macchina si raggiunge il centro città o altre località di mare. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Bella la vista sulla baia dal balcone.
Non ho rimostranze, è andato davvero tutto bene.
