The staff, the confort, the safety. Location was excellent. Food was great.
The fact that the hotel was blacklisted because of my request for an upgrade in rooms because the standard couldn't fix my family and I. I also didn't like the fact that without consulting me about a supposed camcellation booking blacklisted the hotel. I sent an email via this platform on Thursday last asking for an explanation regarding the hotel being blacklisted and to date I haven't received a reaponse.

they had good beds!
You could hear the Casino very well in the room.

It was Conveniently located
There is no food in the nights and no place to order water, etc. The bar only accepts cash, which is weird and questionable!
