Fabulous location close to beach, river and a selection of casual dining/cafe, good sized rooms, easy parking. Great that we could arrange a late checkout.
Cleanliness not as I would expect for a property like this - quite dusty, empty bottle of dishwashing powder in the cupboard.

Spacious. Clean & tidy. Great airflow through the apartment when front & back sliding doors opened.
Skylight in 2nd room meant no light block out first thing in the morning.
High pitched building wide smoke alarm went off twice on first day of stay, but was sorted out night one & we didn’t hear it again.
View from balcony not as unobscured as in the picture on Bookings.com, there are now ceilings of new buildings in the way.

Spacious property which was functional .
The property was not easy to find , windows could have been cleaned, mattress on the bed was very hard .
