Brauhaus3 is located in the middle of Hassberge Naturpark, in a very small municipalitie called Köslau. If you're in for nature and the nice and quiet, this is your place to be. The very nicely renovated old brewery gives a home-feeling, both indoor and outdoor and the possibility to swim in the natural pool is a big plus. On top of that: Silvia and Thomas are very nice hosts, friendly and open without being pushy. Silvia goes out of her way to give you the best possible stay. Other extra's: Samson, their lovely dog, the possibility (when we stayed there) to test out gravel bikes and a taste of the home brewed beer.
For us it didn't matter, but it comes in handy to speak (or at least understand) a bit of German.
This does not only apply to the accomodation, but to the region in general.
