Possibly the best hotel experience I've ever had.
The room was new, comfortable and well-equipped, in addition to being absolutely spotless. The pool is gorgeous as are the trees and flowers nestled between it and the rooms. The location is very convenient: quiet and right on the beach (we had sunbeds included in our stay), but with many places to eat and buy everything you need on the same street. There's also a bus right across that road that takes you to Chania town in 20 minutes for 2.20/person.
But without a doubt, the best part was the people working at the hotel. The front desk staff (Melina in particular, but also her lovely colleague) were extremely kind, accommodating, and did everything they could to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The cleaning staff also did a wonderful job every time they cleaned the room.
If we ever return to Crete, we will stay here again for sure. Thank you Ninemia!

Todo. Ha sido un auténtico placer disfrutar en las instalaciones y la gente amable del hotel. Todo está perfectamente organizado, la piscina es una joya, el personal del hotel como el de el restaurante del desayuno es amable. El desayuno con vistas al mar riquísimo, completo

Nice and polite cleaning laddies!
Breakfast was very poor, staff were very rude at the breakfast and the waitress at the beach was very rude as well! Evening guys were super proffesional!
