Lovely stay in Stari Grad

House was lovely and well equipped, comfortable, clean and well located.

AC wasn’t working properly and it was a bit hot, but manageable.

Great property and location for a pretty and quiet stay!

Close to food markets, restaurants, and other shopping. The marina is a very attractive location to be near. Quiet, attractive, clean, and quiet. Has a good kitchen with all you need. Doesn't have a toaster, but I used the oven, which worked great. Very helpful owner and communicative. Comfy beds and seating in the downstairs living room. Wonderful to have 2 bathrooms! One upstairs and one downstairs, EACH with a shower. Also, very modern washing machine and wall air conditioner/heater. Updated windows and great shutters that made it easy to darken or lighten the rooms.

Just need to be aware of the slopped ceiling in the bedroom and the upstairs bathroom. Getting in and out of bed and putting clothes in and out of the bedroom closet could provide a bump in the head, so be careful. Also, there is a low 1st step to go upstairs (with caution tape provided to warn us) that sticks out between the refrigerator and the sofa. I managed to trip on that just one time during our 3 nights there, but it stands out as something to note. There is not much that can be done with that and it did not affect our overall impression of the property. Please do note, that it is not the easiest property to locate, so as the owner does provide the GPS coordinates on Booking.com, use THAT to find the property. He does have pictures of the outside that will help you see. What I am about to say has nothing to do with the property itself. Much of Stari Grad, Hvar (according a resident) is having the streets torn up since 2021 to address changing underground pipes. Many of our Google Maps directions had us on roads that were not passable at this time. Good luck & enjoy!

Great location for exploring Stari Grad and beyond

Fantastic location in the centre of Stari Grad - you can see the water from the windows, and easily walk to everything the old town has to offer. The flat had everything we need for a comfortable stay, and having 2 bathrooms was a nice bonus.

Very good

Apartment was spotless and in a beautiful central location with view of the harbour. Close to shops , bars , restaurants .

The apartment was very noisy at night . The bedroom was very warm and air con did not cool it .

Exceptional

It was nice stay. Very close to the center and such amazing views around. We would definitely come to stay again.

The stairs need to be more secured if family with kids are coming to stay.

The apartment was in excellent location. Spotlessly clean. 2 bathrooms. Plenty towels etc. Shops supermarkets restaurants all around. Lovely place for walking. Bus station 5 mins walk. People are very friendly.

Nothing to dislike about the apartment or Stari Grad..

Lovely apartment in the city center!

Great apartment right in the center of Stari Grad, 5-10 minute walk from the bus station. The apartment is quite big and complete (it even has a washing machine in case you need it), the owner keeps it very clean and organized. He is always available via whatsapp to provide any needed recommendations which is quite useful. The key pickup/checkout is very easy. Stari Grad is a lovely town, if I ever go back I would not hesitate to book this again!

Lovely modern apartment in beautiful Stari Grad, we will be back!

Fantastic apartment right in the centre. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars on your doorstep. 10 min walk from bus stop. Easy to get to Hvar town on the bus.

I found the bed a little hard
