It’s a like a small cottage, nice and spacey.
It’s remote, no network coverage, on Gatwick line so airplanes were frequent.

This was my third stay at the property for business and, as always, the host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. I was travelling for work and needed to leave one of my classic cars nearby overnight, so having access to an outside power socket was particularly appreciated. The room was fresh, spotlessly clean, tidy and in immaculate condition. The gardens are lovely and there is also a great choice at breakfast.
Nothing negative to mention — everything was excellent and I would happily stay again.

We arrived later than agreed, but Beverley was so kind & made us feel very welcome. Amazing to have air-con in this weather. Bed very comfy, bathroom beautifully appointed, lovely toiletries, drinks, fresh milk in the room, all excellent. Breakfast was the highlight, fresh bread, croissants, fruit, cereal, yogurt, meat & cheese, with proper butter and home-made jam! To have access to a courtyard and a sitting room is extraordinary for the money, I didn't want to leave, and would definitely want to stay longer next time. Beverley was the epitome of an attentive, yet non-intrusive host, smashing!

Our second stay at The Coach House, excellent accommodation, 10/10 for all facilities. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the patio area. The continental breakfast was varied with plenty of choices. Beverley and Bill were very welcoming and friendly - thank you.
