Not recommended

- Private room - Bathroom with hot shower - Good heating - Comfortable beds

- There are no facilities, only bed and bathroom. No kitchen / refrigerator and no simple coffee etc. was offered. This is not a hostel, you stay in the base floor of the house. - Only cash payment (not credit card / PayPal). This is very uncommon for Chile and made us pay very high fees to withdraw / exchange to cash. This made our stay ~20% more expensive due to fees. - Difficult to find the place (no sign outside) and a bit difficult door lock to open - Was not welcomed by the host (never met them) - Very noisy with music playing in the house during the day and then loud television sounds in the evening (after 11pm). - Location is a bit far from the city center, but close to the bus terminal

Perfect stay!

So comfortable and clean! We stayed here for two nights before & after our trek to Torres del Paine. The family here is so kind & helpful. They stored our bags safely while we were on the trek. Highly recommended!
