Great location. So many great cafes and restaurants. Close to the underground station. Staff were very helpful and responsive.
Lack of coat hangers. There was a dirty towel in the drawers. Light sleepers may struggle with the street noise.

Good location for our plans in London. Kitchenette especially fridge and coffee machine were an advantage
Excessive stairs are a real detriment to this accommodation. I don’t remember that being mentioned in the description of the property. As two seniors who had very active days out, encountering many stairs around central London, these stairs every time we returned to apartment were huge challenge. Alas, we didn’t request to have an apartment on a lower floor but there were still a lot of steep stairs even then. Also the video of the apartment we were sent must have been done on another apartment from ours. And the photos were of a better one or were photoshopped as we didn’t find it to be as attractive as was advertised.

Excellent communication with details. Easy check in. Earlier check in allowed after calling on day. Easy access, great space and facilities, toileteries provided, super clean, comfy bed and good linens. Bonus proximity to underground, shops and cafes.

This was second stay in the same period, so the location, resturants and cafes still apply as positives.
Try to not get anything higher than Room 3-4. This stay I got Room 7 which is the top floor. That doesn't go well with suitcases and narrow staircases. The lack of a lift for the top, even if for just the luggage is a big issue. Room 7 though it has a nice rooftop view, its a smaller more compact room than the lower floors. E.g Room 4 where I stayed previously.
