The space, location, facilities and comfort. The owners communication was good and they allowed us to stay on longer due to our longer flight.

Third floor with no elevator in a building with an old narrow and damaged staircase! The price is the same as far the four star hotel next to it, except the hotel has a reception, elevator, nice staff who understands the idea of hospitality..

Beautiful, clean apartment exactly as described and exactly as it is in pictures! it is small but very adequate. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has basic amenities like sugar, salt, pepper, basic cooking items. It has a mini fridge but the tiny freezer was super cold and still froze our cold pack. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a 2-4 minute walk to Market Square and everything is accessible by walking. If you’d rather take public transport, there are plenty of options for every time of traveler- scooters, taxi, buses etc

The listing states it’s on the 3rd floor but it’s actually up 5 flights of stairs (and no elevator). We have small kids and all of the things that come with them so that was a slight annoyance for us being 2 more floors up than described. The parking situation isn’t great either. The first come, first serve lot was a nightmare and there were no spots. We weren’t even confident we could get our car out if we did find a spot because of how ridiculously everyone was parked in there. We ended up parking at the mall parking garage which was super nice, reasonably priced, is completely locked down at night and a short walk from the apartment. All in all the negatives weren’t terrible and the positives far outweighed them.

The location is amazing, close to basically everything.

One of the best treatments from the host I've faced so far. The instructions on how to find the apt were very detailed and just perfect. It is noticed that the host does care about guests and their comfort. Location is great, and it was quiet at nights. The apartment itself has all the necessary conveniences and utensils. Netflix is also available there if someone wants to watch it instead of exploring Wroclaw :)

I personally felt a lack of hooks in the bathroom but this is me just being picky, perhaps.

Lovely property, ideal for a great few days visiting. Great central location!
