shopping, food stores, fast food very near; metro near, from flat 20 min to maidan bedroom with tv, kitchen with couch also with tv flat itself 10 points, in new house with 3 elevators, 2 staircase for fitness), 15th floor with great view 12:00 to leave, 16:00 possible (for 500hru more)

One month before stay the price was 2600 hru/day for 7 nights, some days before stay it dropped to 1200 per night. Even this is quite to much, it's a very great flat, but the equipment is to poor for that price. I got much better for that. If you want cook: no sieve (bought myself), only one pot, pan with completely destroyed coating (but thats seems to be normal), knives for cut, but not normal knives for eating, one very little drying towel. Water cooker was broken on arrive, but was replaced next day. Freezer compartment as dirty as 8 weeks before. Bathtub still without shower curtain, so it's quite idiotic to shower, either be very careful or flood everything. Couch in kitchen is very comfortable as a couch, not as a bed, the couch bed in sleeping room same. 7 days to much for this uncomfortable bed. Wanted stay 2 or 3 hours longer at last day, could stay until 16:00 for 500 hru, but i didn't pay half day rate for 2h more. I also don't get discount if i arrive after 21:00.... Still good flat, but if you want cook something (and I think this is one reason to take an appartment) rethink. I was 2 times there, but next time I try another one, if i want stay again in that area.

dirty toilet seat, freezer compartment in the fridge not cleaned for months? big bathtub but no shower curtain, very little storage space in the bathroom loud fan in toilet, thin walls no real bed, and pull-out couch was not very comfortable several little things which stop me from rating 9 or 10.

Quite spacious and modern apartment next to a metro station and two shopping malls. Everything worked fine.

I would suggest to put a regular bed instead of a couch.
