Cheap price, great location close to Jagalchi fish markets & subway stations.

Good location close to the Jagalchi fish market and subway. The room was also very large with separate toilet and shower area. The king bed felt bigger than normal! You could also open the windows if it got too warm in the room (due to the heating). Very cheap price for this room, so I didn’t really mind about the negative aspects!

The bed was literally as hard as a rock! It was weird at first but then I was sort of used to it by my second night. I don’t think I could have slept on it for longer than 2 nights, and I wouldn’t recommend staying for a long time. The room and common areas also felt like they hadn’t had a proper deep clean in a while - there was a light layer of dust in come places. I’d say there is a basic level of cleaning that happens, which for a short stay and cheap price is sufficient enough.

位置很好找在南浦洞7號出口附近，我們住的是3人房，空間很大很安靜，浴缸跟廁所是分開的，有一個洗手台在外面，所以小心水會滴出來，地板是木地板現在是冬天地上會熱熱的，有一個小圓桌可以吃東西用，住了3天沒有主動清潔，還好沒什麼垃圾。沒有提供備品，有免費洗衣烘衣的地方。

Chambre peu fonctionnelle. Pas de commode, pas de placard. Wc dansla chambre. Lavabo dans la chambre. Menage fait une seule fois en onze jours. Trois autres fois, changer la poubelle.Faute de personnel. Lit inconfortable a cause du sommier ultra dur.Mal aux reins a chaque lever.Pas de dialogue avec le personnel ne parlant pas anglais.Peu agréable. Pas propre.La baignoire ne servait à rien.On pouvait s'en passer.Manque d'éclairage au dessus des lits.

Superb

Best value for money ever, the room was big, the location may be a bit far from the main center the district is lively.

The port near the hotel is industrial do not expect nice boat.

Could be better

Great view of the harbour and nice designed rooms.

Wasn't really clean. We found hair in the shower, lots of dust and smudged windows. Staff was also not very pleasant to communicate with. Would not come back.

Exceptional

Very clean and spacious, beds were so comfortable. Conveniently located within walking distance to BIFF square and 2 metro stations. Staff were friendly and helpful - helped us arrange a taxi.

overall the location is good .

The location is good just a couple of minutes walk to the train station. Close to afew tourist sites.

We booked a family room with 2 double beds. 1 had some blood stains on the bedsheets, quite disgusting.

Excellent location, yet room for improvement with descriptive notes and staff performance

Great location, convenient transportation options, and spacious rooms.

There is a broken light in the room, resulting in a lack of brightness. Additionally, the lighting in the toilet, shower area, and wash basin area automatically turns off after a certain period of time, which can be quite bothersome. The room lacks descriptive notes, leaving guests unaware of important details such as check-out time, WiFi setup, and the need to request room cleaning at the counter and the staff failed to provide those information, which was frustrating for guests.

Checked out two nights before the actual check out date

This is a port area, and the "downtown" isn't the prettiest part of Busan. Obviously, it's not hotel's fault that I didn't do a better research. However when I checked out two nights prior to the actual check out, no compensation was offered. Also so they had one of those anti-liquid blankets on the bed—so you sweat all night no matter how low is the room temperature. The sink is outside the toilet, right in the room. And generally the room is quite small—will do for one person, but rather uncomfortable for two.

Good hotel to stay.

Clean, confortable bed, confortable shower, good place.

Room ready at 5pm instead of 3pm, the automatic light at the entry (it turns on automatically when we go to the toilet during night).

beautiful room with a noce bathroom. Had a great view of the port and water even though I didn’t booked it so was very pleased. Free washing machine and dryer to use which was convenient. Close to the subway and a bunch of buses and walking distance of the market. Microwaves available in the lobby

Perfect location to visit Busan by foot as bus and metro are really near. Nice room with a bit of sea view. First time with a carpark with car elevator so staff very helpful!

The toilets were clogged and we had to use another room for toilets because couldn't be repaired right away...

Comfy beds, spacious and separated bathroom and toilet. Toilet has a bidet. Lots of space in the room

Good stay in Busan City Centre

Location! Close to Gukje market, Yongdusan park, BIFF, Lotte mall and halal restaurants. There is also bus stop. Super convenient.

Almost transparent bathroom door and the bathroom lights switch off automatically which is annoying. No instructions on how to use the aircond. The room was not made up unless you requested.

Good choice for location.

Location. It was close to many places of interest, good food and shopping. Also close to subway and bus stops.

Still in post-Covid recovery. Seemed understaffed. Elevator to bring suitcases to lobby area was not working - same staff had to carry heavy bags up for guests. Poor housekeeping.

It’s homey and spacious.

our room wasn’t cleaned for a 3 night stay. We understand that the bedsheets (if we choose to) can be reused but our trash wasn’t even emptied which is a letdown- also means no clean towels etc. Our room had a weird insecticide smell too.

Location is awesome, 3 minutes to Nampo MRT. Opposite is kyochon chicken.

The glass of bathroom’s door is clear, Very embarrassed when I was traveling with my brother. One more thing on the last night of my stay, there was a fire alarm. When we fled downstairs from 12F to 1F in a hurry, the staff just told us that it was caused by someone smoking in the room. No one apologized and check everything is fine from floor to floor. The fire alarm light in our room kept blinking until I asked staff to fix it in the midnight. I hope hotel will face up to this serious problem and tell all guest not to smoke in the room when check in. Even though nothing happens in the end, the fire alarm really make people feel scared.

Very poor

The room service was terrible and the beds were not made and towels were not refreshed. The bathroom did not have a proper door and provided no privacy. There was trash left in the public elevator for extended periods of time.

It is in a very central location, near subway station and near downtown

Their staff do not speak English, they do not offer any kind of food, they do not clean the room.
