About this cabin rental
Located in Fraser, this lovely cabin for $485 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home located between Winter Park and Fraser is perfect for the entire family or families wanting to vacation together. It is nestled on the hillside overlooking the town of Winter Park and Fraser Valley and provides spectacular views of Byers Peak and the Arapaho National Forest. Only a few minutes from Winter Park Ski area; you can drive to the resort or park or take the city's ski shuttle which stops right before the entrance to our neighborhood. Begin your day in the fully equipped kitchen with new Stainless Steel appliances and Corian stone counter tops. The natural wood kitchen table serves 8 and the breakfast counter serves 2. Enjoy a steaming hot breakfast while surrounded by windows and looking for wildlife to emerge from the forest. Upon your return, relax in new, comfortable, leather sofas with power recliners while you enjoy the mountain views, warm yourself with the gas stone fireplace or catch your favorite HD show on the 47 inch flat screen TV. Better yet, step out on the wrap around porch that surrounds three sides of the house to relax and breath in the fresh mountain air. The main level bedroom includes a log and metal king sized bed with a flat screen TV and a slate tiled bathroom. The private upstairs room has full slate lined bathroom, queen sized bed and large writing desk. Catch up on email using the in house Wi-Fi or journal about your day fishing in nearby Fraser River, hiking/snowshoeing the trail system located steps outside our door, riding 600+ miles of mountain bike trails, or numerous other outdoor activities in the area. The lower level has the master suite with a warm walnut king sized bed, windows that take in the expansive mountain views, a large sliding glass door which leads you to the patio and a large 8 person hot tub. The master private slate tiled bathroom has his & her sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. The bunk room is on this floor with 2 sets of natural wood bunk beds (sleeps 4) and its own private bathroom with shower. Laundry facilities are on this level as well with a high efficiency front loading system. Finish the day with sizzling steaks on the propane gas grill. The extra large hot water heater will keep all the showers warm and our spacious 2 car garage eliminates any early morning ice scraping. We had 5 adults, and 5 children ages 3-11 range. This house was a perfect fit for us. Check in and out was easy. We did some activities in winter park, Fraser, and Granby. Location was perfect. Great host. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Our group of friends decided on Winter Park for a ski trip and ended up stumbling upon Rendezvous Road and we're so glad we did! It's a short drive to downtown Winter Park and the mountain, and there's even a shuttle stop just down the hill. The house was perfect for what we needed, including grilling and relaxing in the hot tub overlooking all of Fraser Valley. The views are even better in person, especially at night. Highly recommend!

The listing was very accurate. Great home -- clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and a really great place to hang out after skiing/snowboarding/tubing. Really close to Winter Park resort. Would definitely come back here again.

The only negative would be lighting ( only because we wanted to complete a jigsaw puzzle) and the coffee table was an awkward height and dining table was used for dining and games. I would definitely reserve this place again. Thank you so much.

We traveled with our daughter and son-in-law and their 3 children, ages 13, 11, and 5. The home was perfect for our group with plenty of space for all to feel comfortable. The location is ideal: five minutes from great restaurants and shops but far (and high) enough away to enjoy fantastic views and enjoy wildlife sightings. We especially enjoyed evenings spent in the Adirondack chairs on the porch.

Comfortable and convenient
This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is located in a quite area but close to many activities. We enjoyed the trails outside our door and the pond on the bottom of the mountain. The beds were comfortable and we all had our own privates space if we wanted it.

The only negative is that we did not receive communication from the management company about check in/check out but when I reached out about both, I quickly got the answers that we needed so it worked out fine for us. This home was perfect for two families to stay for the week. We loved the location, because it was so close to everything. There was a big snowstorm while we were there, but we did not have any problem getting in and out of the subdivision. There were guys that came to shovel the steps, walkway and driveway, while the subdivision did a good job plowing the roads.
The views from this home were so beautiful! Susan, the owner was great and was always quick to reply to all our questions or concerns.
We had an issue that was not handled very well by the Property Manager, but the Owner quickly resolved it with other options.
We would definitely come back to this home again if we take another family winter vacation.

Beautiful house with great views on Winter Park. Only minutes away from the town’s center and the slopes, clean, and comfortable. The location is great as it can can also be used for day trips around the state. Definitely recommended!

We have stayed at several vrbo’s in Colorado over the years and we are disappointed in the cleanliness of this one in comparison to all of the others. It’s disappointing to know our total was over $1900 for a three nights stay and to be charged such a significant cleaning fee and to have it be he way we walked in to. Kitchen counters had not been wiped down, floors were dirty and hadn’t been mopped, stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while, several bugs in closets and bathroom floors, kitchen cabinets were very sticky and dirty and something had been spilled down the front of the leather sofa and wasn’t wiped down or cleaned. There were empty dryer sheet boxes filled with lint on top of the dryer, empty detergent and spray n wash bottles as well. Several other examples but don’t need to list them all. We do have high cleaning standards so may be more particular than we should be but for the price and cleaning fee, that part was disappointing. On a positive side, it was in a great location, nice neighborhood close to eating and shopping, my kids loved the hot tub and the view out the back and off the deck was beautiful! It was an overall nice, safe place to stay. We probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again for the amount charged.

Family of 7 getaway
This property is a wonderful place to getaway with your family. The home is large enough to feel like you are not on top of one another and the porch allows you to have additional space to gather or spread out. This property is in a housing division, but it is at the end of the road, so you feel as if you are somewhat isolated.
The owner was always prompt to respond to all of my silly questions! The property management team was not as prompt, however, I know they are also very busy and did take care of our needs within 24 hours.
We were able to see some wildlife while we were there and that is always a bonus hike you travel to the mountains.
The property is close to town so you are able to get additional supplies if needed.
