Apartment was easily accessible by tube or simply walking. Great location for strolling in mostly residential areas and close to lovely neighbourhoods. There are parks, shops and gastro nearby. Communication was efficient and clear, keys easy to find. The apartment was very clean, great shower, tea and coffee available. Proximity to King's Cross station means a bit of disturbance on the street at night but the bedroom is on the other side and quiet.
The nearby King's Cross station, like all train stations at night, is populated by slightly scary individuals who also move into the nearby streets. With a bit of confidence this is not a big problem.

Incredibly convenient, clean. Have stayed here before because of location.
Essentially made of thin walls inside so sound travels, esp from level above. Also conversations in the street (there were an awful lot) and late night shouting. Would not recommend if these sorts of thing make you feel unsettled.

Location
Very minimal and basic facilities. Dangerously warm due to the heatwave and the most pathetic noisy little fan supplied. This was as useful as a chocolate teaspoon! The apartment needs at least a tower fan in these conditions, something that was about 12" diameter that could only sit on the floor is unacceptable. We were on ground floor, any higher rooms could have been much worse. Owner needs to invest in some powerful fans, I have a better fan in my own bedroom and I live in Scotland!
