The location is great, close to the center and the thermal spa. We had everything needed to prepare some meals (except for some salt, but we managed without :) ); the room was quite big and the bed very comfortable.
The soundproof is not very good, we could clearly hear some noisy neighbors, and the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. Not big problems, but they could be considered in future by the owners.

Excellent property in a prime location.
I did not like that you had to get the entrance information from a different hotel 10 minutes, walking away from the apartment.
