Ambience is good. Staff is well behaved. Clean surrounding
The restaurant staffs are not well aware of the items mentioned in the menu that is kept in the room. When we enquire they are confused as to what the item is. They need to be aware of the food that is being mentioned in the menu.

No Fan in the room though centralised AC is there

Staff was extremely polite. Food that we ordered for room dine in was awesomely wonderful. They accommodated the customized checkin check out time for us.
AC cooling wasn't working for almost half the day. It was centralised AC. This was later rectified by the team.
