Bathtub shower is very dangerous the way it’s designed.

The room and location

The bbq buffet and the distance from room att he backend to the receptionist which took a while.

The hotel is very comfortable and the swimming pool is a plus. The staff is very kind and does their best to satisfy customer needs. We enjoyed the live music by the pool during the evening BBQ.

Hard to say anything

We liked breakfast variety. Spa was excellent quality. Driver service was very good All the staff were friendly, spoke good English, and knew their job.

The hotel was very nice, staff was well trained and professional, and the food was excellent. The reception desk was helpful, especially Hitomi. She was kind, attentive and resourceful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel.
