The location of the property was perfect / close to station and KIX airport which makes it convenient for those flying out of KIX the next day; close of the outlet stores - only 1 stop away.

We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two children). Upon arrival, we noticed that the room was only set up for two people — there were only two pillows, two towels, and two toothbrushes provided. We called room service to request additional pillows, but were told we had to go downstairs to get them ourselves.
When we went to the front desk and asked why only two sets of amenities were provided when we clearly had four guests, we were told that our reservation was only for two people. They even said they had already “allowed” us to stay with extra guests at no additional charge, and that we shouldn’t expect any more amenities.
We were quite shocked by this response, but had no choice but to accept it at the time. Later, we double-checked our reservation and confirmed that we had clearly booked for two adults and two children. The whole experience made us feel extremely uncomfortable, as if we were being accused of sneaking in extra guests — which was absolutely not the case.
We hope the management will take guest reservations more seriously and treat visitors with the basic level of respect and service they deserve. This kind of experience should not happen to anyone.
