Not deluxe and not an apartment, only a hotel room

The aircon. The fridge. Ledges and tables for putting stuff. Quiet at night for sleeping.

The room is sublet to Booking.com - I was asked on arrival to sign a waiver that if I there was any dispute that it could only be dealt with by the owner. This raised two concerns for me - the first that 'should there be a dispute' was worrying in itself as it sows a seed of doubt and second, there is no mention of this on Booking.com in advance of making the booking. I didn't sign the waiver as I would prefer to deal with Booking.com (having made the booking with them) in the case of any disputes. The picture on Booking.com shows a sea view - I checked that this was the case but was told I had a garden view. The actual view from my window was the apartments/rooms opposite and a concrete roof! The room had a funny smell on arrival, had been used by smokers previously - cigarette stains on various pieces of furniture - and was a bit shabby generally, it needs a good clean and updating.

Localização excelente, perto de tudo... O pessoal da recepção do hotel muito atencioso com agente. O ar condicionado é excelente

O serviço de quarto tem que ser melhorado deixou a desejar! As toalhas de lá está muito precária . São coisas que dá pra serem resolvida e deixa os hóspedes menos insatisfeito por esses detalhes!
