Hosts are great friendly people. They waited for us when we arrived and escorted us to the great parking where our car was in the shade whole day. The apartment has everything that you might need from good wifi to washing machine. I could stay there for months without missing anything. Also beach is 10 steps away. Something worth mentioning is that they have great garden with benches grass field and showers.
The only thing that I did not like is that beds are a bit worn out and soft so some people might find them uncomfortable. There is also no TV signal but all 3 TVs are smart and you can use YouTube or whatever you like.

The host's kindness and availability to provide all necessary information, the characteristics of the accommodation space, proximity to the beach, cleanliness, apartment equipment, parking possibilities.
The bathroom is perfectly functional, but quite small in space and rather cramped. I think the Wi-Fi signal could also be better if they used a different provider. It's a shame about all the other amenities in the absence of an adequate wifi signal.

Great location, friendly and helpful host.
The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed. If you are four adults, maybe the kitchen is to small to sit in. But there is a big balcony with table and chairs so I don’t see why you want to do that.
AC in every room.
