Excellent location from the station and the old town, well-equipped kitchen, all the amenities you need. Great sushi shop down the road and Monoprix for groceries.
Keeping the place cool was a challenge. The building keeps the heat, the aircon in the living room works slowly and doesn't reach the bedroom. The floor was dusty on arrival. Sink in bathroom didn't drain properly.

Close to Antibes town centre. It was a 7 minute walk to the train station so easy to get around from here. Apartment had everything we needed. Air con works well which is a relief after being in the heat!
Washing machine was really helpful as we kept travelling after 1 week, we was able to dry our clothes on the balcony that has a clothes rack on it.
The TV worked but only for aerial. It has a box which I think is to allow YouTube/Internet but it was stuck on loading screen everytime we tried to use it. Only a small issue but because we're tourist and know little french we couldn't use the TV.

Emplacement
L’emplacement est agréable et l’appartement a du potentiel, mais malheureusement l’entretien n’est pas à la hauteur.
À notre arrivée, le sol n’était pas propre : en retirant nos chaussures pour éviter de salir, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec les pieds noirs. Les canapés sont couverts de taches et les accoudoirs sont très encrassés. Toutes les pièces étaient poussiéreuses, ce qui est d’autant plus décevant qu’une taxe de ménage de 90 € est facturée en supplément du prix de la réservation.
Les équipements sont également insuffisants : le papier toilette fourni ne permet pas à deux personnes de tenir une semaine. Enfin, en retirant le drap, nous avons constaté que le matelas était couvert de nombreuses taches jaunes, ce qui laisse une très mauvaise impression en matière d’hygiène.
C’est vraiment dommage, car l’appartement pourrait être très agréable avec un entretien plus rigoureux. Nous sommes repartis déçus.
