Situated in Siesta Beach, this attractive house for $482 per night is a great choice for your next break. Location, Location, Location. Comfortable recently refreshed with new interior paint, baseboards, ceiling fans, lighting, and the carpet in the bedrooms has been replaced with Pergo flooring. This 3BR, ground level house, is just steps to Siesta Key Beach, #1 Beach in the USA, 2011 & 2014 located on the "Heart" of Siesta Key's Grand Canal." Romantics, etc., click on VRBO property "location." Walk, bike, kayak, or take one of the many FREE beach ride services to the beach, Siesta Village shops, dining and night life. Walk to the end of the street and you're on the middle of the world famous Siesta Key beach. Go left is the main public beach, go right and you have a lot less people. Enjoy the sun, sand, surf, fishing, and privacy, featuring a large master bedroom with a King Size Bed, private bath w 2 sinks including vanity area. Master BR has balcony overlooking the pool, canal, and lanai with lanai access. The Second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, etc. 3rd bedroom has a new bunk bed with full size and twin size beds. Two Cribs, Deluxe Cots, Air Mattresses, and stroller are available upon request. Large living/great room with dining area including large dining table with 8 chairs and King/Queen's (Or Princes' & Pincesses') throne. Complete kitchen for cooking and entertaining. My Family has lived at the house and with many repeat guests you'll find the kitchen is equipped with most everything you could possibly need. Screened Lanai has ping pong table, plenty of pool and beach toys, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing equipment., etc. There are two water misters/fans to cool down the ambient temperature around the pool. Custom pool and hot tub is heated, if you want. Pool depth from 9" (baby pool) -5.5' deep. Perfect for teaching children (and adults) to swim. This is a very nice property, with pool, hot tub, screened in with heat area for ping pong and just chilling. Host was on top of everything and gave us some very nice souvenirs for my parents 60 th anniversary. If you want a great location, 7 minutes walk from beach, 10 minutes from restaurants, and shops this is the place for you! Would definitely rent here again when in the area!

My wife and I took my father-in-law on vacation. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and of course the hot tub. The location is absolutely perfect!!! It is close to everything. Tim was very accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again.

My wife and two children (7 and 6) really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for us and we especially enjoyed using the hot tub, ping pong tables, and fishing off the dock. Tim, our host, was incredible all around. His communication was excellent and he had many great suggestions for things to do in the area. He even went so far to tell me where to fish and what time to fish based on the tide levels. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be renting again from Tim!

Host was very responsive before, and during our stay. Offered great suggestions for restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. Beach is about a 10 to 12 minute walk. Appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels provided for our use, as well as a cooler.

Beautiful property, very clean and comes with all the amenities including beach items. Proximity to the beach is very close, and the kids liked watching the fish jump in the canal off the dock in the evening. Pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and the fence in yard worked great for our dog. The owner was very gracious and hospitable, calling as soon as our plane flew in to make sure we were all set and touched base a couple of times to see if we needed anything and to let us know of things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

This house has so much to offer and includes a refresh of new flooring, new paint, and decor. The pool and hot tub combo is something we really enjoyed. There are two umbrella seating areas around the pool when you need to get out of the sun or...just go into the huge screened area. The walk to the beach was easy with a beach entrance right at the end of the street. The owner provides plenty of beach towels, a beach cart, chairs and umbrella which make it that much more enjoyable. You can walk to the Siesta Key village strip in about 15 minutes, which we did one evening or just take the free ride service, which expects tips. The owners hospitality goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Should you need you need something, he always says "just ask". We hope to be back sooner than later!

What an amazing home in the heart of siesta key! The house was super clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, very clean. You can’t beat the location, right off the canal and walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.
I can’t say enough about our awesome host Tim. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in on us when a tropical storm was coming through.
This was the perfect place to relax! We will definitely be back again.

We had an exceptional experience with Tim and his home on Siesta Key; he was responsive and informative throughout the process. The pictures don’t do the home justice; the space is large and useable and great for families or couples, The pool and hot tub area is beautiful and our boys enjoyed fishing in the canal! The home has everything you need for a great stay on Siesta Key, it’s close to everything. We will stay again, thank you Tim!

We had a wonderful time at the house. Our kids loved the hot tub within the pool, the shallow part was great for our toddler. We caught catfish in the canal. Air conditioning was working great, all around comfortable stay.

Honeymoon in Paradise!!
While on our honeymoon, we had an amazing stay at Tim Taylor's Siesta Key home! Tim was there to greet us upon arrival. Very nice property and Owner
This is our 3rd time staying at Tims house. He’s a great guy and very nice house. The pool and hot tub are always a hit! Very close to the beach not too far from all the action at the Village! Will definitely be back!

Convenience Was The Name of The Game!
Although the home is not located on the beach nor is it in town, it is convenient to most everything on Siesta Key. Moreover, all of the basics are in place and ready for use. Yes, some work might be required to update "the look." But one becomes satisfied that you are where you want to be.
Finally, the owner always was available to answer questions and/or see to it that user needs were promptly met.

Absolutely Amazing!
I can’t put to words the experience we had last week at Tim’s! He went above and beyond for my sons birthday, brought us fishing, and even had a limo service come give my son and nephew a ride for their birthdays! (Should out to Eddie’s Limo!) We will definitely be booking next years trip very soon! Thanks Tim for all you do!

Tim was wonderful, the house was terrific! Tim hooked us up woth VIP limo service to and from the airport! He helped us navigate the island and also took the teenage boys to some hot fishing spots! Don’t hesitate to book this place! Thanks for everything Tim and Eddie!
