Great location and had a cheeky side sea view
Friendly owners
Small room, maybe remove some furniture
Either a member of staff or guest was chain smoking continually late in the night by the front door which travelled in to my room
Was not made aware of building works next door which was startling early in thr morning

Simple but effective hotel, nothing too jazzy, but more than adequate for the price. Friendly staff.

The hotel was located close to the theatre, nice restaurants and 3 minutes walk from the beach. The room was fine, with comfortable bed, and en-suite. For the location and the time of year it was very good value.
The room was a bit dated and the door was difficult to close without the key, sadly the bar in the basement was closed.

Location near to sea, beach , theatres and centre
Property looked a bit tired and out dated, a nice coat of paint especially outside would have made a big difference
The bar and restaurant was also closed
