Location to nearby job site.
I could hear vehicles drag racing all night long. The people next door woke me up at 3:00 AM and made loud noises until 5:00 AM. I got little to no sleep and couldn't perform my job the following day.

The room layout was great!
The kitchen and bathroom sinks were not clean. The dishes in the cupboard were not very clean. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly and the coffee pot wasn’t working. There was also small particles of food in the utensil drawer.

The size of the room was perfect. One bedroom condo style. Two large desk spaces: living room and bedroom.
The pool was cloudy and breakfast times were too short. Food was not available or restocked during eating times.

I didn’t like that I didn’t have a lock on my door and the cleaning lady was able to just walk in the door
