The property is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The calming bird sounds and the sound of rain made the stay feel very soothing and special. I also really enjoyed the bonfire experience, it was lovely and memorable.
The service was slow, as even simple requests like hot water took around 40 minutes. The washroom also needs improvement as it was wet and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, there was no electric kettle available. Charging ₹500 for a heater felt unfair, as most hotels and guesthouses usually include it as part of the stay.

It's a little far away from Darjeeling, hence making sight seeing a little inconvenient

The location is the only USP of this place. Bad Food,room service, no daily cleaning in room and lack of basic amenities like hangers for clothes. The staff and owner are very polite though and did their best but they can really improve on food since the stay is far from main market. This is not your regular hotel and you need to compromise on some things.
