I strongly suggest everyone to arrange your stay at this flat. I’ll book it again at my next trip to lugano.

location, view and cleanness was perfect. you have most of the things that you need inside the flat such as kitchen related items and iron

heating system was not working and electrical heater was not sufficient. it was not so cold but at least one more heater needed.

Do not hesitate to stay here

Everything. The view is amazing, the apartment is very spacious and spotless! Great area, near to the lake and great restaurants. The noise of the train was not such a big deal, as many comments stated. We fell in love with Lugano and this apartment, and we will come back for sure. Thank you!

Large apartment with stunning view and great location!

The view is stunning, the location is really great, the apartment is very spacious and bright and the bathroom had everything you could ask for.

The mattress of the bed is already quite used so it doesn't support you well during sleeping. The kitchen could have had a small pot more and some salt/pepper basics.

It could and should have been wonderful!

Great location, great view, great size.

Totally insufficient and suitable kitchen ware. Pans were ridiculously big, very few suitable mugs, bowls and dishes. Kitchen has all the gadgets but nothing to eat or cook with. No condiments or cooking bits to get you going. Loads of storage….but nothing in it!! Furnishings were absolutely minimalist. virtually nothing!

Very good

The view is panoramic... You feel in paradise when sitting in the balcony looking at the monte-bre mountain, the downtown, and the lake... just Fantastic. Free parking, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Overall, it was clean but it could have been better.

The bed was very uncomfortable. it's like there is a whole in the middle of it... needed to be changed urgently. The TV toooooo small. Needs to be changed too.

Both a stunning location & the worst location possible for us personally. However absolutely perfect if you are a he

The view of the lake from the balcony was stunning & we loved being able to park our car securely in the cool garage. It was great to be able to walk everywhere too. The bed was very comfy & the apartment itself bright & airy... the blinds were much needed & very effective keeping it cool & beautifully dark.

The regular freight trains which ran day & night were very noisy... I'm really not sure how anyone could sleep through them. I wouldn't book again for this reason alone. The shower head holder was broken... not what you expect paying this much per night for accommodation. The name on the box where the key safe was had a different name on it to the instructions we were provided with. This caused unfortunate irritation & frustration on arrival & was particularly challenging as it was almost midnight & we were extremely tired following a delayed flight.

This place is quiet, and the space is large and huge. There are cooking utensils, a large balcony, as well as parking the car inside the garage. The place also has a beautiful view of Lake Lugano. The lake is also very close to walking and is a few minutes away

Everything was good, but you will need to pay attention to how to take the keys first, then open the garage and use other keys for the interior doors, which is a complex process and takes time to adapt to.

We would book this property again in a heartbeat, it is a lovely space to relax and enjoy some space from all the other

This apartment has an amazing view! It is ideal for a couple or small family looking for a relaxing retreat. The kitchen is well set up for cooking, saving you money on eating out. The bed is comfortable and the living area is spacious. We highly recommend this property.

The one challenge is the walk back from town, up the hill and steps to the property if you have any physical limitations. Walking down into town is easy, and the promenade along the lake is lovely. But coming home there is a steep hill. Just to note, the train goes by, but it is pretty quiet, and there is a train stop very close to the property.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with great views and private parking! Would highly recommend!

Great views of Lake Lugano, Private garage parking, Balcony, Full kitchen.

TV was a little small but no big deal for short stays.

The apartment is very convenient, and the view over the lake is phantastic! It is a short and very nice walk to Lugano along the lake shore.

The apartment is not very well cared for, as reflected in little details. For example, one night lamp did not work; the dish washer gave off a very unpleasant smell.
