Stunning view in a well designed small space studio

The view from the 31st floor of the Travemünde Beach is stunning. There are 2 very comfortable chairs on the balcony to soak this up. The space is small, but nicely designed, and super well equipped for the size. The bathrobes and fresh flowers are a nice touch. Good communication, lots of amenities.

The space is tight, even for 2 people. It wasn't clear to us that the bed was the Murphy bed that one pulls down from the wall each night and puts back in the morning (bed out = no table) It was comfortable enough. We were here for 3 nights. For us, it wouldn't be suitable for a longer stay. There is one window - the one that leads to the balcony. It was hot with the door closed, and there is some night noise with it open. A beautiful, well designed space, certainly.

It was an exceptional stay

The room was very comfortable, equipped with high quality furniture and contains everything you need down to the smallest details. The view from the balcony in the 31th floor was like a dream. It was a great stay and we will definitely come back . Check in and out was very smooth .thanks to lukas . Free parking is available, in addition to a fitness room, indoor swimming pool and sauna.

The view (the only plus point).

The contact information of the previous guest (name, address and phone number with a signature) was in the room lying on the table, as we stayed there (we moved in without the host accompanying us). The room was ok, even for the price quite modest (e.g. a foldable bed and one towel p.p. for several nights). We would neither stay ourselves again nor recommend somebody else.

Die Lage ist ideal, geht fast nicht besser

Das Klappbett ist schwer wieder in die Schranklage zu bekommen. Die Matratze dürfte erneuert werden. Das WLAN hatte kein Datenvolumen auch nach mehrmaligen Zurücksetzen des Router.

Unterkunft ist phänomenal. Großartige Aussicht und super Ausstattung.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war völlig ungenügend. Am Anreisetag musste ich hinter den Check-in Daten herlaufen. Im Laufe der Reise wurde nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten reagiert. So habe ich bis zur Abreise keine Kurkarte oder die WLAN-Daten erhalten. Für einen Übernachtungspreis von 200€ pro Nacht inakzeptabel.
