Matraces and beds!!! Location, interier design, pool, breakfast.
It could be more clean. Room was pretty fine but above the TV whole cabinet was dusty and carpet in the hallway was prety dusty as well.

The breakfast was OK, pretty standard continental fare. Nothing stood out. Martko at check in was very nice. The server at dinner was quite attentive, professional and nice.
Would have preferred the pastries to be more varied and fresher. Would have like the buffet to be warmer it was lukewarm. Would have also like alternative milk options for coffee and tea. The dinner at the hotel was very so so. The family room "upgrade" was quite dark and only had 2 small dormers which was kept closed with the shades. For the family room there were 2 small chairs that could open for bedding (which we did not use), but would be horrible since it was right under the dormer with no head room. The dormer windows were open when we arrived so the room was quite warm (as the AC would not come on otherwise) and mosquitoes had come in. The mini refrigerator does not work, and we were told none of them do-so please remove them if so. We were given the option of using the hotel fridge and freezer which we did, although it was difficult to get the items the next morning as we were pressed with time. And lots of dead bugs and dust in the dining room along the walls of the seating.
