Location is great being Central Dinard, we found parking outside quite easily..
Apartment is classic in style, The kitchen and Bathroom are quite dated.. the wooden staircase leading up to it we found charming. Small Balcony at the front was a good spot for the last of the evening Sun while having a glass of something..
Kitchen was a bit of let down, in desperate need of updating, the window doesn’t open because it hits the worktop, the balcony door didn’t opened fully because it hit the shutter mechanism… Fridge door opens the wrong way!
it could be such a superb place to stay if the minor issues where sorted..

Très bel emplacement pour cet appartement spacieux et lumineux
Gros problème de propreté, des poils de chat partout même sur les planches à découper, les oreillers.. Il y en avait tellement et partout que c'est pas pas récent. Nous avons contacté l'agence qui nous a donné des tais d'oreiller supplémentaires et on a utilisé des draps pour recouvrir les canapés. Salle de bain pas propre et cuisine pas super.
Je pense que c'est la première fois que nous laissons un commentaire négatif pour une locatif mais là vu le supposé standing c'est vraiment dommage.
Par ailleurs dans l'annonce il est indiqué Wifi disponible mais lorsque l'on arrive sur place nous découvrons qu'il est payant...
L'agence nous a dit que nous allions avoir un remboursement partiel mais depuis aucune nouvelle.
