Beautiful property, very well looked after

Modern design and well laid out interior. Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds

The bed was uncomfortable - worn and uncomfortable mattress. Some of staff seemed out of their depth for 5 star hotel, especially at reception

We had a room over looking the pool, which was pleasant to see from the balcony. The pool has two spa pools with bubble jets, on each side of the pool. Very relaxing. The facilities are very clean and staff is extremely helpful to accomodate all needs. We were able to use the facilities until 4.30 pm after our check out at 11 am, with towels, lockers and shower made available to us. The Spa is amazing. I would strongly recommend the couples massage provided by two lovely experts; Georgia and Anastasia. 1.5 hours long and value for money. The breakfast was superb with all sorts of alternatives whether you like continental, Mediterranean with pastry, sweets and plenty of healthy choices too. The beach is also a great alternative with sun beds and great sunsets right across the hotel.

There is nothing I can think of that we disliked. All was in place, the greeting, the stay, the food, the spa and pool were all that we were looking for. Well done.

Beach was nice

Service: needs to be improved. Level of English was not good; Uncoordinated at the restaurant. I asked if the orange juice is fresh squeezed, I knew that it was not, the waiter lied to me. Food: breakfast buffet was not up to standard, the ingredients felt old/stale, you had the feeling that they reused everything, nothing was fresh, no chef who cooks in front of you. Why do I have to explain to in Greece what Kayanas are? Ordered this and it was definitely not Kayanas. Also, very little healthy options for breakfast, too many pastries and processed desserts, no avocado, no fresh veggie like bell peppers or carrots. Ordered a steak sandwich on the beach, asked if i could have grilled vegetables or something else instead of fries on the side, answer “no, only fries” this is a 5* hotel?! I should be able to get something else?! The salad that came on the side was stale. Ate at the restaurant for lunch ans it was overpriced and average. Beach: nice beach access, but yes, the road between hotel and beach is not ideal Ambiance/decor/amenities: the hotel was surprisingly small, the gym was unacceptable (!!), no decent bar nothing, no vibe in the evening. Live music on Monday and Thursday, who chose these two days?! It should be Friday and Saturday. To me this is not a 5* hotel. We stayed at Theros a year ago, that was better.
