Exceptional.

I liked the comparability of the room and bed, the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Shoutout to Arul in the buffet lounge for providing really good dosai and good hospitality.

The pool and rooftop bar was under renovation, it looked like it would be have been nice. Would have been better to be told in booking it was not ready.

Superb

Clean and well decorated as expected of 5 star hotel. Service was prompt. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pool had a great view. The rooftop restuarant had reasonable prices for food and drinks for a hotel bar. Hotel is located above paradigm mall (lotus supermarket in the basement) so it is pretty convenient to find food options and do some light shopping.

location is a bit remote. We were there for a wedding so it worked for our purposes. Prices are only slightly cheaper than the KL sentral le meridien so it's regular price for a 5 star hotel but doesn't feel like good value for money.

Near the shopping mall, very convenient

The pool water is not so clean that, I saw many dirt under the floor of the pool. I found some of the stain on the towel and bed sheet.

Disappointed overnight stay

The strategic location

The service of staffs, 1) at cafe next to check in counter- she should have ask whether we are just check in or on the way to check out. If checking in, we are entitled for a FREE coffee! She doesn't even ask! 2) skybar- cocktail at sky bar is lousy. Tasteless! Thought that le meridian should be having great bartendar but nope! 3) missing bath trobe as requesting for extra but no sending to the room.

I would give this hotel 4.8/5

The Decor,ambience,Quiet...Room was very clean and provided with alot of amenities. The Breakfast was very detailed for me...Love the Roti Bakar Live Station(the first hotel that I experienced something like this for my toast bread) Kudos! The Teh tarik was to die for!

A welcome Drink would be nice after a long drive. 🫡

Expensive for what it was.

I liked the proximity to Paradigm mall - it was only a couple steps away! I also enjoyed the facilities, such as the rooftop infinity pool.

Walls of the room were thin - we could hear our neighbours in the hallway and in their rooms. It was also difficult to use the 'Do Not Disturb' signages in the room - took us ages to figure out how to turn it off! Had to request from the reception for a room clean. Additionally, water pressure of the shower wasn't strong and there was little water, so showering took a long time. We had to request a change of shampoo and conditioner bottles as the pumps of the bottles provided were not working. Furthermore the plugs in the room were crooked and did not work half the time.

Environment is nice! Next to a mall and friendly staff.

Maybe the swimming pool to do more shelter and lift should have both sides tat scan the room card to access the level. The sensor can be bad at times.

Nice stay

The hotel room is clean n spacious. Having one toilet door to the bedside is very convenient n easy access to the toilet when you are on the bed. The mall beside the hotel make it easy to meet friend for dinner without travelling far. The front desk n the restaurant staff were helpful

Good value, great pool and good food.

club lounge excellent, service and food good.

Bar service was good but cocktails overpriced and not particularly of a quality to match the rest of the hotel. Service was friendly but mixology technique needs some work.
