This was our seventh stay at Royal Grand Hotel and Spa, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel has become a special place for our family, and we always return with great pleasure. The staff are welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is very well organized. We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable holiday. We will definitely come back!

Very tasty food.
We got a bigger room than we booked- very nice!
The receptionist was dismissive, although the rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.
The cleaning team didn't replenish the shampoos and shower gels.
The pool was super small

Everything. You only have to look and see how often we go to see how much we like it! The place is exceptional but today I want to praise the staff. Many of them have been there for years and they remember us and we remember them. We LOVE it
