Apartamento cómodo para unos días visitando Madrid

lugar confortable, mobiliario moderno, correcto. Bien situado en calle tranquila.

Al ser un piso bajo, sótano, aunque daba a una terraza , preferimos piso alto.

A comfortable and functional accommodation for those traveling for work or as a couple.

The location is great, 2 min. walk from the Metro in the beautiful neighborhood of Salamanca. The room was large and comfortable for one person (good for a couple, not recommended for a family) and, being on the ground floor, also quite bright. The cleaning quite good. The kitchen is equipped but to keep in mind that you need to buy all the food, inlcusi coffee, sugar and salt. I did not use them but they were also provided tablets for dishwasher and washing machine.

Some details that can be improved. The opening system with the code is functional but the instructions that are sent the day before via email and message are not very clear. I could not adjust the temperature because the control panel did not allow it and I had a bit cold. The bathroom furniture is a bit damaged and should be replaced. The shower door did not close well and the water came out.

Fair price/quality

Good location, quite quiet place, air conditioning, fair price

The room is not as fresh as in the photo, I understand that it could have been slightly different. The toaster and kettle were quite dirty. It was problematic to find a gym, there are no signs, only a photo on booking, there was no one at the reception

The location

I asked 3 times for a blanket and they answered the 1st time saying that it maybe in the closet. So the 3er person who slept at the sofá cama was freezing for 3 nights. Also, they never clean the room , trash, etc.

Excellent stay.

Great self check-in and check-out

It’s a great location and safe neighborhood. However not as central as we imagined. Maybe 10-15 minute Uber or short metro ride - 30 minute walk to downtown/Retiro for example. Diego de Leon station is right under the building. Excellent otherwise.

Good find

The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The patio was nice. Nice colors. Easy access to metro.

It was frigid when we arrived (18C). The bathroom fan didn't work. Shower leaked a bit.

Super comfortable beds and great location!

The apartment is located on a quiet street. Supermarket around the corner. The place is cute and compact, has everything you need to make a simple breakfast. Beds are super comfortable and everything is spotless and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Superb

Easy access to the keys. Well-equipped room. Big bathroom, accessible for people with disabilities. Internet was strong. The room was clean.

It could have been cleaner a little bit. Noisy as the street was next to the windows.

Disappointing

the property was nice but they have to clean more

cleaning service; the sink is blocked and during the night the pipes start to smell very bad, there were handprints, very apart from commenting that they didn't leave the necessary sheets for the people who had to stay

Great locatition, comfy apartment, well equiped kitchen.

The location is perfect. There is a cheap parking near the apartment. The metro station is just on the next corner. We could reach every part of Madrid by metro.

Cool Apartment

Beds were very comfy and the room had the perfect temperature for a cold winter. The apartment was very clean and had many amenities such as a kitchen, iron, hair dryer. The design of the apartment was very cool too :)

Only thing we would have to say is that we had to make the extra bed ourselves despite having booked and checked in 3 adults. The bed linen was available as well as towels for us to make it though, so there was no need to call anyone.

The apartement was brand new, spacious and close to the metro station

The room smelled like white spirit when we entered. Other guests were really loud in the hallway during the night. And one evening the intercom was down so we couldn't enter the building. The communication over WhatsApp app was short but decent

Pleasant stay on budget

The apartment was clean and cozy. Few items were missing at the arrival but the staff have sorted it out quickly. They also allowed us to check in an hour earlier. Pretty comfy beds.

The radiators were very noisy, it disturbed some of us during the night.

Last year I stayed here, so I came back but it was it was terrible. Like a horror movie.

They were renovating the lobby. It was all dirty, looked really sketchy. Also, my cards didn't work for a whole day and I couldn't get in til very late at night, until some guy had to come at 12h30 am. The next day they tried to fix the door several times (making the kitchen floor as a whole mess) but it took him too long, making me miss my business meetings which I made my trip for. And after all of this, Welcomer Apartments blame someone else and they are not comfronting the situation as they should.

The worst experience on booking.com and null customer service

Menos mal les queda la ubicación.

We made the reservation the same day for check-in. Right after receiving hotel confirmation, we called Welcomer customer service, but after 6 calls we were able to speak with them. Eventually one girl answered the phone. To our surprise, the first thing she told us was "How was it possible that Booking confirmed the reservation if at this moment we DON´T have any rooms available." Since she almost yelled her heart out, we were afraid of having no place to sleep, and then we called Booking but without success. 30 minutes later the same girl from Welcomer called us, without apologizing, she told us "give me an email so I can send you check-in information" and in a very rude way. On July 20, after checking out, we wrote to the apartment to request an invoice. We were told that we had to wait until the apartment saw the payment and that it would take 10 business days. On July 28 and Sep 5, we claimed the invoice more times, and the result is: as of today, we still have NO invoice. The reason? the apartment just stopped answering our message and calls. We have sent out our request to Booking. Aside from the poor service, if you can stand the musty smell in the room, shower screen not working, rusty bathroom faucet, it it your place. In summary, the worst experience in hotels and apartments. Do not book this apartment and ruin your stay in Madrid.

Good stay overall

Good room, as it was shown in the pictures. Not in the best spot but it was close to a supermarket and the metro

This isn’t the fault of the hosts, but the neighbours were ridiculously noisy, not matter what time of the day. They were yelling and slamming doors in the hallways at 1.30am most nights and did not care for anyone else.
