Prekrásny výhľad. Apartmán je priestranný a dobre vybavený. Výhodou je práčka, plne vybavená kuchyňa s kávovarom (kompatibilný s Nesspressom) a obrovsky stôl pre celú rodinu. Pani majiteľka je veľmi milá. Napriek jazykovej bariére (nehovoríme taliansky, pani zas nehovorí anglicky) sme sa pomocou prekladača dohovorili. Na najbližšiu pláž je to 5 min, ale v okolí je viac krásnych pláží. Do mesta je to ďalej - pešo 20-30 min.
Pripomínam zálohu a miestnu daň, treba mať pripravenú hotovosť.

Siamo stati bene e la villa ci è piaciuta molto. La posizione è ideale: a due passi dal mare, comodissima da raggiungere e con parcheggio facile. La casa è leggermente rialzata rispetto alla strada e questo la rende arieggiata, oltre che luminosa. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e accoglienti. Gli esterni sono abbastanza curati, ariosi, perfetti sia per le colazioni all'aperto sia per le serate in compagnia.
Merita una nota a parte la pulizia: impeccabile, curata nei dettagli, con un profumo di fresco sin dall'ingresso. È una cosa che raramente si trova con questo livello di attenzione, e fa davvero la differenza.
Grazie e tornerei senza esitazioni: la consiglio.

Di solito non scrivo recensioni, ma questa volta l’esperienza è stata così positiva che ho voluto lasciarne una. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Il soggiorno è stato perfetto: la casa è spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Non mancava davvero nulla.
Il mare si raggiunge a piedi ed è splendido, con un’acqua cristallina. La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e fare colazione guardando il mare è stato puro relax.
Grazie al proprietario David per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. È sempre stato pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità! Torneremo sicuramente!

Fantastic location where you can explore the best beaches in northeast Sardegna. Great views from the villa and beautiful flowers on the property. Nice place to enjoy a meal on the covered patio. Bedrooms are large and actually includes a king bed in the master. Spacious living room and kitchen and includes three bathrooms. Towels and an umbrella were left for us so we did not have to spend money on those items. A nice champagne was left in the fridge for us as guests of the villa.
The owner’s mother was left in charge while he was away, during our rental period of a week. She didn’t know how to operate the internet or tv therefore leaving us with no tv the entire trip and internet spotty, even after the main modem was brought to the living room. The owner expected a 400€ deposit which was not collected at the beginning of the stay. I spent needless time on the phone with my bank regarding an international transfer, which never ended up working. When the owner’s mother came through the last day for a walk through, she complained we had the air conditioners on and her hydro bill was too high. Sorry but if we’re paying that much I expect the AC to be on in the 30+ degree weather! They only left us with three toilet paper rolls so we had to buy our own.
