The room came with a balcony and a view of the sea, port, container ships and a ferry so lots to see, it was booked on a room only but great choice of breakfast. The staff made the whole experience so much better too

A female member of staff was very rude
We were given an entry code on the Saturday and one for the Sunday. Monday morning at 09:30 I took a bag down to my car, during that time a member of staff changed the code and put a sticker on the key pad saying (use September code). They must have seen me at my car. Luckily I had my phone and my wife let me in. I was also concerned there were no members on site after 16:00 on the Sunday.
