お値段以上の満足感でまた行きたくなる宿です

ロケーションが素晴らしいです食事も、とっても満足出来る品数で美味しかったし、アルコールも飲み放題でリーズナブルお部屋もお風呂も清潔で最高に気持ちよかったアクティビティも色々あり、退屈しません

部屋のトイレの水の流れが弱かったのでなかなか流れず困りました他は何もありません

大浴場が入れ替わり制で両方楽しめて良かった。

バイキング会場のテーブルの間隔が狭くて移動しづらい。客室のテーブルにホコリがあって清掃が行き届いてない感じ。

Restful, wonderful water views, terrific staff, aging but still charming

Let me say from the outset, this property is getting on but for us, that was part of the charm. The staff were lovely, very helpful & nice We loved our room & the amazing view, out to the bay. The balcony was great, room was huge, onsen was the icing on the cake. Indoor & outdoor baths! Just wonderful & restful after a week in Tokyo. The walk from the station was a bit of a hike but we enjoyed it, getting a good look around. On check out though, the staff rang a taxi for us to head back to the station. Fare was reasonable, quick ride back. The food at dinner & breakfast was plentiful, lots of variety, tasty. We loved it and it saved thinking about heading out to find meals. We loved wearing our yukatas to dinner! Plenty of drink options, including beer, saki etc. The electric bikes were brilliant. In 3 hours of free hire, we had a huge time sightseeing! This was an excellent facility. Sure, there's some peeling paint, some wear & tear, but it is an older property & for us, it was a delightful stay made even better with a lovely team at the front desk. All in all, we thought it was great value for what we paid.

There was nothing that detracted from our enjoyable stay here. Is it past its prime? Maybe. Did that bother us? Not at all, we loved it!

a great ryokan at a very affordable price

location and balcony with a view were amazing. very good breakfast, great onsen and truly polite staff.

the staff wearing masks and plastic gloves at the breakfast venue looks ridiculous.

Wish we'd stayed few days longer

We enjoyed what appeared to be a traditional Japanese breakfast offered buffet style. There were many offerings and we enjoyed sampling many of the items. While the hotel was older, it had plenty of traditional character. We had a water view and enjoyed listening to the waves rolling in.

My son complained about the futon being too hard. Mine was fine.

Very good

The staff are very helpful and the location of the hotel was very near to the beach and surrounding is very nice.

Just a suggestion to add different menu for the buffet everyday to have more variety of food to choose from. Specially for guests who are staying longer in the hotel. We had the same menu for 3days of stay.

Weekend trip to Izu!

Dinner and breakfast buffet is good. Not the best I have had but there was plenty of variety to choose from. The table tennis and karaoke are always nice to have at these chain hotels.

You get what you pay for

The outdoor onsen is nice and hotel location is convenient.

Music was playing in the room all the time and I just couldn't switch it off, I had to call the reception to have it turned off at night. Then it started again early in the morning while I was still sleeping. Toilet and shower room were smelly.

A place you should not bring your Mother in Law!

The location is prime for Shimoda (700¥ from the Station by Taxi, 20min by walk. 5min. to a Beach which is great for Kids, 5min. to Perry Road.

Even the Toilets at Ueno Station are cleaner than the Toilet in our Room, the Balcony was unusable, no Mosquito Fence. The public Bath was crowded and dirty. The Elevator was a killing Machine (careful with Kids and Mothers in Law) This Place need a urgent Review of the CEO of Itoenhotel.

The location is too good with the full ocean view rooms!! The beach near the hotel is almost like a private beach!! Free breakfast! Free dinner!! With free nomihodai!! This is definitely Great to stay with your family!!!

I feel the hotel and booking.com over rate and over sell this place with good photos

The young lady at the front desk made such a great effort to speak English to help me check in. Great seafront location.

This place is so old and needs a huge facelift, the food was gross, it doesnt have a Onsen its a public bath. The food is awful. The rooms smell of stale smoke and oldness. Booking.com is going to loose me as a customer at this rate as they keep letting places like this on their portal.

The place was a bit old. The room was Japanese style and I loved it. But the carpet was old and broken. I stayed for two nights, but my room was not cleaned even once. So, little disappointed. The purpose was to have a place to stay while going round, so, price wise not bad. The location and outside view was fantastic, and it was near to many attractions

quiet and relaxing.

great location (right on the beach) and very quiet. the hotel is old and run down but, for the price, it was fine. no bar in the hotel. it's good for a short break away from Tokyo. there are some good restaurants around the hotel and you can use the hotel bicycles.
