Tim was a great host. Great communication and very accommodating. We were very comfortable and the House exceeded our expectations. Our group of 10 had all the space we needed. The property was within a 10 to 15 minute drive from everything. Thanks Tim for making our trip to Des Moines memorable.

The property was great for our family, 9 total people kids 15 and older. We had plenty of space in a quite neighborhood. We enjoyed the grill and gas firepit outside, firepit in the Gazebo. Lots of great memories made at the house and Des Moines Metro area. Definitely would stay here again.

We were looking for a property that could house around 14 people and have sufficient bathrooms. This property worked great. The photos do not show the house as spacious as it is. One night we had 12 people sitting comfortably in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped. I even was able to use a large pot to heat a batch of soup I had made for 15 people. This same pot would be great for sweet.corn in the summer. There were sufficient dishes and silverware for the group. We were fortunate that the weather was warm enough to use the fire pit. The use of the garage to bring things into the house was great. The neighborhood is very nice,! yet convenient to supermarkets and shopping.. Would definitely book this property again. Tim was very communicative and also respectful of our privacy.

I would definitely recommend this house to any medium to large group passing through the area whether it be for business or personal reasons. It's a regular house but it's clear the owners put an effort into making it comfortable and inviting. This place has a good vibe.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 5 bedroom home with a large deck and gazebo to enjoy the beautiful Iowa weather. All beds were comfortable and the home had everything you would need to have a large family stay over. We would like to go back again next year.

This was the perfect property for our stay the week before our daughter's wedding. Ground floor bedroom for Grandma, plenty of room for parents, siblings and bridesmaids. Spacious for preparations and convenient to shopping. Highly recommended.

The house had plenty of room and was in a nice neighborhood. There were some entertainment options in the house, such as a foosball table, ping pong table and Wii. The house was lacking cleanliness in showers. Also, the kitchen had old leftover food in the refrigerator and cabinets, and there were only two spoons.

Very great location, lots of space... 6 of us were in town for work and it was great!

Good combination of privacy and # of beds.
Kitchen/dining/family room worked great for casual eating and visiting. All my travelers would do it again.
Note: WiFi extender needs to be rebooted occasionally (finally figured that out after problems maintaining network connection)

Great family gathering house
This place is large and accommodating in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to any needs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed to cook. Nice backyard but we didnt use it due to winter weather. It is December. Finished basement with rooms was a great place for kids to cut loose and play. The only suggestion for the host is to update the sofas in the main gathering area. Overall id come again. Thanks to Timothy he was easy to contact if we needed anything.

Spacious House in Excellent Location Near Parks, Trails, Dining, Drake University
The house was very spacious and the children LOVED the games, especially the Fussball table and basketball game. They didn't want to leave! The house has a nice yard and is next to a huge park and the trail system along the rivers. It was very convenient to the freeway, restaurants, grocery stores, and Super Target, and not far from Drake University. The owners were extra accommodating; when they learned we were arriving in town early, they went to the house at night to clean so we wouldn't have to get a hotel the day before our reservation. Talk about customer service! :-) In short, the house was perfect for us!

Great place. We were visiting for the World Percheron Congress and wanted room to relax after a day at the fairgrounds. So much nicer then going to a cramped hotel room and less expensive.

The house is amazing, with added perks like a fuseball table and a wii!!!! Tim was way helpful when we were short a few eggs for a cooking project and worked with us on the thermostat!! Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Perfect for our needs. Comfortable and accommodating
We were in Iowa exhibiting at the state fairgrounds. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but everything we needed was there. We had great communication with Tim. If we every make it out again to the World Pork Expo, we will certainly book again!
