The house was exactly as advertised. The home was large and spacious. Plenty of room, beds, and seating. We made a few requests and the owner was very responsive. Close to the lake. The deer behind the house was fun for the kids. We would love to come back again.

Mike was absolutely wonderful in communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. We loved the fire pit, hot tub, and net in the backyard. The temperature of the home was perfect throughout our entire stay. Kids loved the air hockey and foos ball table. We were a little disappointed in how the pictures portrayed the outside of the home and how it really was. The inside of the home was not as conducive to our large group as others we have rented in the past. The floor plan is just choppy and dark. Probably my biggest concern was the towel situation. Maybe through fault of our own by not having teenagers claim their own towel, but I felt that there just were not enough towels stocked in the house. Towels were wet on the floor because of lack of towel bars or places to hang. As a result, I felt that I was washing towels the entire time there. The downstairs bathroom was locked for the first day of our stay until we found a key. I guess I would suggest that that not happen as we early on concluded that there was not a bathroom downstairs for 8 guests. Overall, however, we all had fun!

We held a family reunion here with 27 people (about half of them children). The space worked perfectly for us and the location is great. The house is clean and beautiful. The host was extremely helpful when we had an issue and needed a little flexibility with the checkout time.

We had plenty of beds and room for everyone.

Great array of rooms and games. Kids were able to all able to play together. At night when kids were in beds, was enough of a sound barrier while adults played games later at night. Great array of yard games and in garage for when it was raining.

The home worked great for our family reunion. We enjoyed the games and the space, it had everything we needed. We were only there for two days but this place would work well for a long stay too.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and well stocked with kitchenware and incidentals. Nice backyard and the fire pit was a plus. Parking area was small and quite a challenge to park all our vehicles off the street.

Every evening several deer would come eat in the field behind the house and one night we even saw a few moose down in the trees. It was magical to watch them. This house had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the patio and yard as well as the hot tub. The parking was a bit tricky for our large family gathering, but we were able to make it work. Mike was a great to work with and always responded in a timely manner. Bear lake is a beautiful place to gather and this house is in a great location, close to milkshakes and the playhouse. We would definitely stay here again.

The highlights of our trip was the amount of space in the house, the awesome backyard play area, the hot tub, and the large kitchen. Great for large gatherings. Beautiful views from the spacious backyard. The only major issue we had was the grill. It had not been cleaned. The owner was very responsive and checked in throughout our visit, which was helpful.

We all agreed we would stay there again and would recommend the house and the property manager. Mike was very easy to work with and you can tell he cares about his guests and their experience.

We're glad we found this spacious home for our first time visiting beautiful Bear Lake. Each family had their own room, we enjoyed talking and roasting marshmallows around the propane firepit. It was a wonderful time!

Very comfortable home, backyard is great with the fire pit and view over the fields. We enjoyed the location , it is convenient to everything to Bear Lake. Three car garage what is handy. We would certainly stay there again!

Outstanding in every regard.

We had a great time having our reunion at this property. It was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. We had 25 family members from a newborn to grandparents, and there were comfortable beds for all. The hot tub was a hit, and the boys had fun with the game tables in the garage. A couple of cautions: The driveway is very tricky, and we were fortunate that at the time of our stay, the neighbor allowed us to park in his driveway. We were there during a very hot time, and there is no shade in the backyard, so if you have a pop-up shelter I would advise bringing it. I recommend this property and the owner.
