Owner is a very nice person as well as the location, which is also very quiet. The apartment is well equipped (fridge, induction stove, cutlery, plates, pots, raid against mosquitoes, AC, TV, Wi-Fi...). The beds are on the softer side, but I slept well even if I am used to a hard mattress. It's dog friendly and the owner's dog is kept safely away from the apartment - you don't have to worry about your dog and owner's dog interacting negatively. Parking is on site and there's plenty of room for 3-4 cars. There is a pizzeria in Flengi very near, Vrsar is just 5 minutes by car - it has great beaches and warm sea. Also Poreč and Novigrad are within car reach.
There are no mosquito nets on windows, but you do get raid against them.

Great spacious apartment with all you need and probably more, very comfortable. We were greeted with homemade grappa, goats cheese and fig jam, the owners were very friendly and let us use their garden & parking etc. We had a great stay!
