Bien situé appartement, très beau en pierres, très propre très moderne dedans avec un bel extérieur, une grande terrasse, le gérant très attentionné et de très bons conseils je recommande vivement

Flavio was an amazing host. Even before we got to Sardinia, he mailed me a detailed personal guidebook crafted by himself. Flavio took the time to write detailed descriptions for all his recommendations. His guidebook was a lifesaver when planning my trip. Flavio was so responsive and attentive, as he was able to organize my check in even though my flight was delayed. When you check in, he takes the time to go through thoroughly all the amenities and even gave us his insight on all the furniture and art pieces in the apartments. The apartment itself was a work of art and we felt cozy throughout the stay. We got to wake up to the beautiful view of Tavolara every morning. The location of the apartment was also so convenient and in a town of Porto San Paolo which was full of great coffee , gelato and food. Flavio was also always checking in with my family and I throughout our stay. He was always open to helping us whether it was making a reservation for dinner or setting up a boat tour. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Sardinia.

Siamo stati 6gg in 6 persone (2 adulti e 4 ragazzi) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Bell'appartamento di design inserito in un contesto curatissimo. Abbiamo sfrutato molto l'ampio terrazzo (con vista stupenda) per colazioni e cene.
L'host e' accogliente, simpatico e gentile. Ci ha fornito una guida estremamente ricca e dettagliata con tutte le mete di possibile interesse (spiagge/gite/ristoranti...) ed ha gestito in prima persona tutte le prenotazioni che gli abbiamo chiesto.
