Very nice time there even though missing some essentials

Very beautiful house, calm, great view and clean.

There was absolutely nothing in the house, no basics such as oil, salt, dishsoap, washing products for clothes, (more) toilet paper, soap to wash your hands… things people don’t carry around when travelling but you expect to find when you come. For such price it should be included.

No bed linen in one bedroom on arrival, had to be delivered so the room could be used on arrival.I was victim of a phish

Very grumpy unwelcoming building owners, incredibly rude. No idea why they allow holiday rentals in one of their apartments if they really don’t want visitors.

The apartment was a blast from the past, beautiful, well equipped and well located. Loved it!!!

No breakfast included

After I booked I was advised that I would have to go to San Candido to collect the keys. A few days before my arrival I was asked to give credit card details for a 150 euro deposit but one cannot send these details via Booking.com for security reasons. When I arrived in San Candido I was told I could collect the keys in Dobbiaco. The entire process wasted a full day of my time and should be dealt with in a more efficient way before arrival. The agents could have received the info via WhatsApp or Email before wasting my time going to San Candido, waiting for the afteroon siesta to finish then to be told the keys can be fetched in Dobbiaco after all.

Very beautiful house, calm, great view and clean.
