This was one of the best stays I have ever had. Vania, the host, is such a nice lady, very friendly, helpful, open and kind. She was always available when needed and she went above and beyond to help us arrive to San Feliciano (it was Sunday and the trains didn't go due to the construction). The accommodation was spotless, the location is just on the coast and you can see the lake from the room, the garden is beautiful and quiet, full with herbs and plants. The breakfast was superb and there are plenty of option for everybody. And if not, Vania will make it or get it for you. I am vegetarian and lactose intolerant and Vania got the cheese and bagels for me. I totally recommend this place to everyone and I will come back for sure!

Vania vi ospita in una delle sue stanze con bagno privato e letto comodissimo proprio sul lago Trasimeno, in un posto tranquillo e riservato. La sua disponibilità e simpatia rendono ancora più piacevole il soggiorno, lei infatti vi può consigliare cosa fare e dove andare per godervi al meglio la vostra vacanza. Vi potete fidare che essere ospitati da lei è una garanzia di essere trattati in maniera eccellente!

Everything was spotless. Vania was an amazing host — she kindly waited for us late at night for check-in and offered a late breakfast and checkout free of charge. The room had a beautiful view of the lake. Parking is available at the spot.

Host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location from the garden onto the lake. Room was clean and well equipped.
Wall between rooms and little thin but it is a converted house.
