Clean and specious room, close to the main square

The room was clean and nice, as expected in this kind of hotels.
The lady who served breakfast was wonderful. She insisted on preparing breakfast for us on our last day, even though we were leaving very early.
Not helpful hotel staff:
I asked the hotel for bus schedules to get there before my arrival and for a breakfast package for our early check-out. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was not helpful with the exception of the lady I mentioned above. When I asked for the breakfast package, a worker there repeated quickly like three times the same idea and seemed to get annoyed because I couldnt understand him speaking quickly with an italian accent.
This is a nice and expensive hotel, as it is everything in the area, but I expected more help when I needed it.

The location is perfect for the centre of Ravello, it’s a short walk to the main square. The room was a nice size, very clean and comfortable. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they helped make our stay special. Our breakfast was great with plenty of choices for food and drinks. I’ve already given their business cards to my friends and I would happily stay there again. They also had free wifi.

It's located very close to the central plaza.
(-) The owner wasn't available, didn't respond to our messages, before and during our stay.
(-) They don't have a parking spot, so you have to park and pay at the public parking.
(-) Room facilities weren't at a high standard.
(-) No breakfast included.
